Expansion Joint Installations
It makes a lot of sense to have
the supplier of the expansion joint perform the installation whenever
possible--if something doesn't quite fit they can correct the problem without a
lot of fi nger
pointing and back charges between supplier and installer.
In addition, by having us
install our (recommended)
expansion joint, we will provide an additional one year of warranty coverage (up
to two years maximum).
Our crews are small and efficient and
they are non-union. We can also supply a technical supervisor to work with
your union (or non-union) installation crew if required.
We supply a complete field splicing
service for all types of fabric expansion joint belts, both fluoroplastic and
elastomeric. We use a unique high-strength hot vulcanized splicing method
for EPDM and VITON (DuPont registered tradename) belts, using KEVLAR (DuPont
registered tradename) fibers in the splice.
